Founded in January of 2020, the foundation is dedicated to preserving our military heritage, honoring our veterans, and educating our younger generations, while supporting the local and aviation communities. Family owned and operated, Soaring by the Sea Foundation is headquartered in Eugene, Oregon, and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
